Steve and I set out a goal to make sure I was practicing my Quran recitation 4 hours/week

Note: Originally I had set a goal to complete 4 hours a week. This goal changed as I communicated to Steve that 4 hours was too much. We moved down the goalpost to 2 hours a week - but I still have not hit that yet.

Gym Sessions/Week

I originally set out a goal to go to the gym 3-4x per week and lose 2 ibls in 20 weeks.

Note: I thought that trying to lose weight and go to the gym was not something I could track in one chart. I didn't think it was a SMART goal - so I just focused on going to the gym instead of worrying about my weight.

Consuming Business Content

I set out a goal to review 2 hours of business content. See below for a note explaining where I am in my journey.

Note: I originally was approaching this by forcing myself to read a sales book. Since talking to Steve - I haven't touched the book - but have spent so much time listening to business podcasts and motivating personalities I've found on Youtube - while driving or working out.

Reaching out to IT Consulting Leads

I set out a goal to reach out to 20 IT Consulting leads per week.

Note: This is probably my hardest goal to reach. I have a few points to discuss with Steve on this. 1. Is this the right goal? I'm not sure there is a demand for Fractio nal Product Management 2. I am going to work with a Linkedin coach to see how to acquire clients
